Brian Cockman is the owner-operator of Bug and Beast Solutions. With a decade of experience in pest control and property maintenance, he provides an honest and effective service.

Brian started Bug and Beast Solutions to offer a more personalized and “shop local” feel for customers in the market for pest control or property improvement services. Brian believes every house, customer, and situation is different and deserves a high-quality service.

As a South Carolina native and avid outdoors-man, Brian has devoted his life to understanding the bugs and beasts of his home state. Big or small, all creatures serve a purpose. However, many pests create health hazards - and need to be kept out of homes and businesses.

  • General pest control services prevent or get rid of insects like cockroaches, flies, spiders, and ants. More specialized services are provided for bed bugs, mosquitos, fleas & ticks, severe cockroach issues, and fire ants.

  • We have a solution for any wildlife issue you are dealing with. We most commonly deal with rodents like mice, rats and squirrels. We also provide special services for bats, raccoons, skunks, opossums, beavers, snakes, birds, coyotes and more. (seriously - no call is too crazy, we’ve dealt with it all)

  • Bug and Beast Solutions will collect payment upon rendered services. You will receive an invoice with itemized services. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards (via Stripe). Ask about our financing or alternative payment options.

  • Fill out a form and we will contact you shortly.

  • We are insured and licensed to provide services in South Carolina. Bug & Beast currently serves the Midlands and Upstate regions of South Carolina, but will travel for specialized pest removal jobs.
